The largest yoga gathering in Europe will take place at Alexandra Palace, London over the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of October this month. With over 200 free classes from leading teachers all over the world, you can expect to gain wisdom, assistance and advice, to help you become the yogi you’ve always wanted to be.
You can even bring your little ones along (under 16s go free) to experience the fun with children’s yoga classes taking place over the weekend.
This year, the show will also host an aerial yoga class for those daring enough to try out the latest trend!
